As the garland that hung above the hotel fireplace said... This was the best day ever. It's funny because the idea of a "perfect" wedding day could probably be interpreted several different ways. On Caity and Dan's wedding day, there was actually a torrential downpour for probably a solid hour (and we mean, this storm came out of nowhere!) After checking weather apps every day leading up to Saturday and even many times the morning of, we were all a little confused about the rain. That's Alabama for you, right? But let us tell you something about this bride... Caity barely flinched. She looked outside as it was raining cats and dogs, just took a deep breath, smiled, and went on laughing with her girls. We are so proud of our brides in those kinds of moments. We know we've found our perfect client when a torrential downpour of a storm hardly puts a dent in our girl's parade for even a second. That is the best day ever! The storm passed. We got to go outside for a freaking adorable first look. And these two beautiful people loved and played for the rest of the day!

When we met Caity, the first thing we immediately noticed were her unbelievable blue eyes. (Seriously, they're like the most beautiful sky blue you've ever seen.) And then a few seconds later, you notice her huge, bright smile and this adorable personality! From our first consultation, we knew that Caity cared about the details and the little things. We absolutely loved all the thought and time she put into her day. It truly makes the difference! And can we just talk about her dress for a minute?! We could not stop gushing over this incredible Hayley Paige gown. Caity said she wanted a show-stopper, and my gosh, she got it. She was unbelievably radiant. Dan didn't stand a chance! While Caity is truly a beauty, Dan is her perfect complement. We've had the absolute sweetest grooms this year. We saw it first at their engagement session, but we saw the sweetness all over again on their wedding day. The way Dan treats his bride is so attentive, gentle, and loving. We got a little teary-eyed when after their first kiss, Dan gave Caity a little forehead kiss before they walked back down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. We know for a fact that these two had an absolute blast on their wedding day. They soaked up every minute and we could not be happier for you, Caity and Dan! Congratulations! <3 <3<3<<
