28:20 Boutique has been in Homewood for about a year and a half, and I discovered it through a friend of mine - the owner is her sorority sister! It is owned by Ellen Moss, and this girl has got a serious gift for finding cute clothes. She named her store 28:20 because of Genesis 28:20.."God will be with me and watch over me on this journey.."

All hair styling was done by Jess Garner at the Morgan Ashley Studio Salon off of 119. She does amazing work, and we HIGHLY recommend her.
