We are so excited to finally get this wedding on the blog for you! When we first met with Kristina and Sean, our excitement was already building. The talks of gingham, corals, and bow ties had us all giddy and anxious for their big day! These two have such natural style; they are a photographer's dream couple!

Kristina and Sean's love story is just as adorable as they are. Their junior year of high school, the two became close friends through band. Sean tells the story of the first time he set eyes on Kristina, and it would make any girl fall into a huge "Awwhhh." On the way to football games, the whole band takes the same bus. Sean was sitting with his friends when he turned around to see Kristina showered in sunlight. He says it was a scene straight out of a movie, and it was at that moment that he just knew. After meeting and becoming friends, they would talk for hours and hours. Sean would even tell her, "I'm gonna marry you. I know I am. I'm going to wait for you." Because at that point, Kristina just thought they were great friends! 

We're sure it didn't take Kristina too long to realize Sean was absolutely wonderful! In fact, Kristina told us she asked Sean one day why it was that he loved her. His response? "Because I see God in you." It was the same exact thing she had prayed for the last two years of high school. She had no idea that the friend that promised he would wait on her was the same man she had been praying for! It was probably a done deal at that point!

As perfect as they sound, these two are even more perfect in person! We feel so blessed to have been asked to document this day for them. Not to mention, they had an amazing team of vendors that made their rainy day so gorgeous! Even though we had to move the ceremony to the tent at the last minute, it had to be one of the most emotional ceremonies we've ever witnessed. So many tears - so many happy tears! We nearly cried with them! Again, thank you Sean and Kristina for including us. And a big thanks to Handley Breaux Designs for coordinating a very special girl's very special day!
