Back in May, we worked the longest day of our lives, and it was all worth it! That was the day we met Cessie and Rohan for the very first time on their wedding day. They literally both live on opposite sides of the country and we had never had the opportunity to meet in person. We arrived at the Sheraton around 6:30am and everyone - we mean everyone - was in great spirits. Even if they weren't morning people, you would've never known! We've always wanted to shoot a traditional Indian ceremony, so we were pretty pumped about the morning ceremony as well! The hotel room was filled with saris and so, so much color. Many of Rohan's family members were there to help Cessie and her bridesmaids get ready. It's always so interesting and cool to us to experience new cultures and just celebrate in a new way!

After the morning ceremony, Cessie and the girls were rushed back upstairs to the room to begin the process of getting ready for the evening ceremony. (The two of us proceeded to drown ourselves in Octane coffee since we were so close to Uptown.) It didn't take too long for Danielle to work her magic and Cessie was looking gorgeous and natural again! We loved her J. Crew gown which was perfect for Cessie's style. Some of our favorite things about their day would probably be Cessie and Rohan's matching temporary tattoos and the pit stop we made on the way to the reception when they had a mini dance sesh in the sunset on Bluff Park. All of the family and wedding party had been awake just as long as we had, but literally no one missed a beat. Even at midnight as Cessie and Rohan ran through tons of sparklers, we realized we witnessed one heck of a party.
